In the 1970s and 80s citizens groups in the Montford community worked with city officials, business owners, city planners, and professional designers to develop and implement a community redevelopment plan. These materials document these efforts, and include planning documents, committee meeting notes, property disposition records, newspaper clippings, maps, photographs, and other records.
