Layout of this Guide

Due to the amount of information and the scope of geography, this guide has been broken down into six sections, or tabs. Section one (Home) and section six (Using Ramsey Library) provide general information about the Guide and the resources available through Ramsey Library at UNCA. Sections two through five will cover English History, Irish History, Scottish History, and Welsh History. The history of each geographical region will be further broken down into periods with useful sources listed below for ease of access.
