Staff at the Circulation Desk are happy to provide information about using and borrowing library materials from Ramsey Library as well as from other libraries. The circulation desk is the “grand central station” of the library and is the first public service area you will encounter upon entering the building. It is our goal to make our library resources readily available for loan and library use to the greatest number of users. We want you to have a productive and pleasant library visit. Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service through which materials not owned by Ramsey Library may be borrowed from other libraries for use by UNCA students, faculty & staff using the ILLIAD Interlibrary Loan Request System.
Books, journals and DVDs owned by ASU and WCU can be obtained through the ABC Express Delivery Service.

The Media Design Lab is an interactive learning space where students, faculty and staff from all academic departments come to create images, videos, printed designs, presentations, sound, websites and more. No experience is needed since lab assistants are available to help you through the process.
Students from all departments are welcome, and professors are invited to bring their classes for a brief orientation to all these resources. Learn more!
