D. Hiden Ramsey Library, University of North Carolina at Asheville
What are Quiet Areas?
The Upper Level (3rd Floor) of Ramsey Library is now home to the departments of Psychology and Management & Accountancy because of the ongoing construction to Owen and Carmichael Halls.
Due to this, the upper level is no longer designated as a “quiet floor”. Spaces highlighted in green on our map are areas identified by our staff as “quiet areas”. These areas typically have quiet seating for individual study and are located on all three levels.
