To see what is held by UNCA, limit to "UNCA."  To locate specific information on art, demographics, culture, maps, politics, history, etc., search for those combined entries in our catalog.  Note the use of the boolean operator, "and". Yale will sign an agreement with the National University of San Antonio Abad in Cusco to share artifacts and a research center to be located in Cusco.  The artefacts are being returned to Peru after the two mutually agreed to support the new research center. The new center will house collections, provide exhibitions, and allow for scholarly exchange related to the artifacts. The artifacts were brought to Yale by the explorer, Hiram Bingham III in 1911 after his many expeditions to Peru beginning in 1898.
